Family from KY… Second time at Yardhouse, and we had the best dining experience since moving to Florida. Chadwick is awesome! The food was great, and he was exceptional. Really made us feel at home, was extremely patient, and one of the nicest people we’ve met since moving here. Highly recommend!

A Large Chain And Wait Staff Caught Doing Exceptional Where ever and whenever I can I show love to small, starter restaurants, mom-and-pop places and the family owned dinning venues. But occasionally I have moments where I have to give love to a larger, commercial chain/brand. Yard house at UTC is one of those places. First the atmosphere – active, possibly a bit loud for some but perfect for us – has a great energy, the music and other distractions are fun and the offerings for beverages are more than you could hope to fully explore over 20 visits. When we hit the door – around 4 P.M. on a Saturday – the average wait for a party of 4 without reservations was around 15 to 20 minutes. As it was just the two of us and we are great with high tops we were seated immediately. Ray (aka - Ray Ray, as he used that pattern to anchor his name in the mind and memory of all of the patrons he waited on) was at our table immediately giving us information about our options, guiding us through the menu and moving us rapidly, but without pressure into our dining experience. Considering he was also managing multiple other tables and one party that exceeded 30 people at the same time he immediately had our respect – we both have restaurant work on our CV’s in the distant past – and there was no delay for getting our orders in and delivered. Which also appeared to be the case with the other tables he was serving during this time, including the largest party. The food came out perfect. Poke Nacho’s and Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds followed our drinks (a Pineapple Cider and a Pinot Grigio from a reliable label) which gave us time to savor our food and consider our next move while enjoying the theater of the restaurant itself. The patron running the gamut from families out for a meal and just happy to be out of the house, young couples, work friends and those whose careers are in the rearview mirror and are enjoying the leisure of chewing over old times and exceptionall

Cool sports bar atmosphere. Great food and drinks. Huge selection of beers and great variety of drinks. The happy hour 🍻 is amazing, Mon - Fri only. Certain appetizers are 50 % off, including pizza. Reduced prices for drinks. So come early and enjoy 😊

They have a wide variety of foods. I ordered the Whiskey and White Cheddar Burger and my fiancé ordered the three taco combo. Even though they were extremely busy, we didn’t wait long and the server we had (James) was great.

Choose this location to celebrate my birthday because I just got back from being out of town. (Flew into Sarasota) Chadwick was an amazing server who took the time to explain the menu since this was my first visit to a Yardhouse. The food was delicious, atmosphere was great. And then Chadwick surprised me with a yummy birthday dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant and Chadwick as your server.

Great food! Great atmosphere! Our server Chad was awesome! I had the fish taco. The beer cheese pretzel was amazing! We look forward to going back!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Yard House, from the first sip of our drinks to the last bite of our meal. I have to start with the Old 43 bourbon drink hands down amazing. Perfectly balanced, smooth, and crafted with real attention to flavor. It set the tone for the entire evening. The food followed right in line with that same level of excellence. The truffle cheeseburger was nothing short of phenomenal juicy, flavorful, and elevated with that rich truffle aroma that hits all the right notes. The tacos were equally spectacular, bursting with fresh ingredients and bold, memorable flavors. Every plate felt thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere at Yard House is something special. The music was incredible, filled with great rock songs that kept the energy high and entertaining without being overpowering. It created the perfect vibe for a night out. On top of that, the service was exceptional. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. And of course, you can’t talk about Yard House without mentioning their unmatched beer selection. The variety is beyond belief something for every preference and then some. The menu overall was extensive and impressive, offering a wide range of choices that made it hard to pick just one thing. Overall, Yard House delivered on every level: food, drinks, service, atmosphere, and entertainment. We will most definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Chadwick was by far the best server i have ever had! As a mom after a long day he helped keep my kids happy with his upbeat personality and “contest”. I’m sure the other employees are great but Chadwick was who waited on us. He was AWESOME!!! An absolute GREAT reputation for a company. He deserves a raise or a bigger title. The food was good but he’s service was impeccable! The Salmon was really good.

The first time I went, it was an extremely long time between the time seated, the time first contacted for drinks orders, and the time actually receiving drinks as well as [eventually] food. I HAD to speak with the manager bc not only did I have to work very early (we arrived before 10 pm and first servings of tmdrinks wasn't until at least 30-45 minutes), byt we also had a toddler in our fmgroup, which thankfully was in a very good mood. It started sprinkling and we had to relocate ourselves, then when I was tired of waiting (about 45 minutes in) I searched for the manager. By the time the manager came, we had been served our food and were in the middle of eating. She was extremely understanding and Gabe us 2 gift cards for $25, plus free deserts for the entire group. Overall, its a pleasant place, but the wait was crazy. Also, when I went searching for the manager the first staff member i found was super drunk. Second time I went was much better on the customer service and waiting time (although it was packed!), but the food was not so great. The taco combo is kind of a rip off, as the meat portion is a teaser (with 4" diameter tortillas and a ton of rice and beans). Not much to be impressed about. The chips with guacamole was a weird mix, although the guac was fresh, but id much rather have some kind of salsa (perhaps pico de gallo). The bill was not too high, but the server was very nice, Giselle from Cuba.... sweet girl! ☺️

Absolutely the best. I’ve been eating here for months and everything has been spot on. The happy hour is the best deal in town. 1/2 price apps from 3pm-6pm. So many options to choose from. Margarita pizza, lettuce wraps, wings and more. The best part is the speed, no joke under 10 min to get our food and the place was hopping. It’s the best for large groups. Very loud and big but we love that.
